A lecturer of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi has set a strange record on campus for using cane to whip university students.
In a video that was recorded and sent to myJCR.com by an anonymous
student, Dr. Victor was seen caning students who were in a queue in
front of first-year Statistics class of the Faculty of Agriculture at
the CCB Auditorium around 10:30am on Thursday, March 3, 2016.
Further investigation by myJCR.com revealed that the offense of students was their refusal to bring require course materials to class and that was the lecturer's own humorous way of dealing with the students...it wasn't an actual punishment. "It's something he does for us to laugh. It's not like he was actually punishing them with a cane", a member of the class told myJCR.com.
